Isabelle Laurent serves as Global Strategic Cooperation & Ecosystem Development Lead at Shinkin Gather InfoTech Inc. and is a core founding member of the firm. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in International Relations (Sciences Po Paris) and Business Management (HEC Paris). She completed specialized advanced training in European International Commercial Law and speaks four global business languages fluently, with comprehensive expertise in cross-border cooperation rules across North America, Europe, East Asia and the Middle East.

From 2009 to 2016, Isabelle worked at Global Union Group, a European multinational integrated industrial conglomerate, as Head of the International Strategic Alliance Division. Stationed across North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, she coordinated local industrial resource outreach and cross-border negotiation work. Over seven years, she led the signing of cooperation agreements with more than 200 overseas enterprises, building a layered global industrial cooperation framework and a regional resource information database, resolving recurring industry challenges including divergent cross-country negotiation protocols, profit division and long-term coordinated operational coordination.

She joined Shinkin Gather InfoTech Inc. in 2017 and holds full responsibility for all corporate cross-border business negotiations, construction of transnational industrial alliances, integration of global ecosystem resources and coordination of regional cooperation implementation. Key landmark cooperation projects led by her:

1. 2018: Oversaw all commercial negotiations with Decentraland for the metaverse platform, finalizing full cooperation terms covering virtual venue co-development, user ecosystem interoperability and revenue sharing, alongside dual incentive ecosystem rules for creators and investors.

2. 2020: Completed full-spectrum cooperation negotiations with Novartis Switzerland, finalizing detailed terms including global investor access to medical projects, joint operation of remote medical platforms and shared inclusive medical resources.

3. 2022: Coordinated the construction of an ESG supporting cooperation system for the NextEra Energy green energy fund, synchronizing rollout of green projects across North America and South Korea and unifying investor service standards for both regions.

She led the establishment of four global industrial innovation outposts in Silicon Valley, Zurich, Singapore and Tel Aviv, dedicated to connecting local tech startups, industry institutions and research universities. She also launched the firm’s global industry partner recruitment initiative, recruiting senior practitioners from finance, medical and energy sectors worldwide to act as strategic advisors. To date, she has coordinated cooperation with over 320 enterprises, with business synergy covering more than 120 countries and territories globally. On a monthly basis, she visits operational teams in the US and South Korea to collect regional industrial cooperation demands. Every quarter, she organizes online exchange conferences for global partners to unblock information exchange channels for upstream and downstream industries.
